Choc Hazelnut Biscuits
1/2 Jar Loving Earth Chocolate Hazelnut Butter – Slightly melted
3/4 cup almond or hazelnut meal
1 egg (whisked) or equivalent egg replacement
1/2 bar Hunted & Gathered Chocolate – Chopped (OPTIONAL)
1/3 cup Hazelnuts – Chopped
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and prepare a baking tray with
2. Thoroughly mix egg (or replacement) with the Chocolate
Hazelnut Butter. Stir through remaining ingredients and refrigerate
for 15 minutes.
3. Once slightly hardened, roll mixture into bite size balls, place
on tray and flatten slightly. Transfer to oven for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and leave to cool on tray. Enjoy!
