Dairy Free Choc Ice Cream (By Kokoluxe)

1 cup cashews soaked overnight (or at least 8 hours)
1 can coconut cream (270mL)
4-5 Tbsp Kokoluxe
1/4 cup coconut nectar
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean

Melted or shaved dark chocolate, nuts or seeds

1. Add all ice cream ingredients except coconut oil to blender and
blend until combined.

3. Pour mixture into a metal bowl or loaf pan and pop into freezer
to set overnight. Take it out of the freezer 15 minutes before
serving to let it soften up.
