1/2 cup melted Coconut
Magic coconut oil
3/4 cup Loving Earth Raw
1/3 cup Loving Earth coconut
NUT BUTTER LAYER
2/3 cup Health Nut Foods
Coconut Chia Almond Butter
2 tbs Loving Earth Coconut
1/3 cup coconut cream
Sea salt to taste
1. For the Chocolate Layer, gently melt coconut oil in a small
saucepan. Add nectar and whisk thoroughly to combine. Remove
from heat and sift in cacao and salt and stir.
2. In a small blender or stick mixer, blend the ingredients for the nut
butter layer until thick and smooth.
3. Spoon the nut butter mixture into small silicon muffin cups (or a
thinner layer for standard cups) and even out, but leave about half a
cm space on top for the chocolate layer. Place in freezer for 1/2 hour
4. Remove from freezer and carefully pour the chocolate mixture
over the nut butter layer. Return to freezer until completely set,
about 1 hour. Remove from muffin cups and enjoy!
Makes about 12 small cups.
