Shipping and Returns
Our shipping/delivery costs and times are as follows:
Perth Metro area Courier (Bustle): - $10 / order - As early as next business day delivery if the order is placed by 4pm or let us know when you need it and we will deliver accordingly. Perth Metro deliveries only, within 20 km of the CBD. Allow 2 days outside of this area.
Australia Wide Courier: - $10 / per order - Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
Express Delivery: $20 / per order - Please allow 2 business days for delivery across Australian metro areas.
Place your order by 4 pm and we will dispatch it the following business day.
As most of our deliveries are gifts we do not pack any invoice or documentation into our packages. We will email an invoice to the purchaser after the order is processed at Checkout.
**CHRISTMAS SHIPPING POLICY**
Shipping to Easter States
The last day for Christmas orders to Australian Eastern States is 14 December 2017. This is to ensure that your order arrives in time for Christmas. Please allow for an extra 1-2 days delivery dispatch to allow us to process the higher volume of orders.
Shipping to WA and Perth Metro
Christmas deliveries within the Perth Metro area (20km within the CBD) can be accommodated until the 21 December 2017. Please allow for an extra 1-2 days dispatch to allow us to deal with the higher volume of orders.
Deliveries to the rest of WA can be accommodated until Monday the 18 December 2017.
Unfortunately due to high volumes, we cannot offer specific delivery dates during this period. If you do have specific requirements we will endeavour to have your parcel delivered on the required date.
We will not be replenishing stock during the Christmas period. We recommend that you place your order the sooner the better to avoid disappointments.
If you are unsure about how long your parcel will take to arrive, please send us an email on email@example.com and we will be happy to give you an estimate.
Changes of Mind
If you place an order but happen to change your mind (it's OK, it happens to us all sometimes!) please notify us within 12 hours of your change so that we can process it in time before sending off the original order.
Refunds / Returns / Damage Goods
We take great pride and care in producing our Bounty Boxes, but if you feel that there is something very wrong with the quality or representation of your order and its products, we're happy to have a chat about it and see how we can best resolve the problem. Just send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your box detailing the problem and we will get back to you on the same day.
